I have been doing my best to eat as much raw food as possible and it really inspires me when I know that doing so makes me feel lighter and full of energy. Today I started the day with a new smoothie recipe. Or should I call it pudding or porridge recipe? Calling it a smoothie makes sense because I used banana, berries and almond milk. Pudding also makes sense because that's what chia and flax seeds turn into when soaked. Calling it porridge also sort of makes sense because I used soaked raw buckwheat. Anyway, I know that it may sound a little bit peculiar to blend all these ingredients and top them with cinnamon powder, coconut flakes and some berries, but it really works. At the end I just thought: "What a wonderful, creamy and sweet moment!".
